Single-area extinguishing control with the BMZ Solution F2

The “Solution F2” fire alarm control panel, which has been successfully established on the market for several years and has been approved by VdS, can now also be used as an extinguishing control for an extinguishing area. 

In addition to the familiar functions

• 1–2 ring buses, optionally for addressable components from Apollo or Hochiki
• Power pack 230 VAC / 24 VDC with 3.5 amps
• Control panel with membrane keyboard and graphic display
• USB and RS-232 interfaces 
• numerous inputs / outputs 
• Connection option for fire brigade peripherals
• RS-485 interface card
• Zone single display

the control center can now be used as a combined fire alarm system with an integrated electrical control device for extinguishing systems according to EN 12094-1.

For this purpose there is the new control board with a large number of inputs and outputs.

Multi-area extinguishing control with the BMZ Solution F1

The same control board that is used in the "Solution F2" single-zone extinguishing system is also used in the "Solution F1". For each extinguishing area there is a display board with an optional key switch for binding displays and any desired operating functions.

All housing sizes known from the BMZ Solution F1 are available. The simple assembly in a 19 "cabinet is realised by the 19" dimension of the front parts and by available mounting plates for the system boards. If more than 8 extinguishing control cards are required, several control panels can be networked via the ARCNET.

The VdS-approved fire alarm system "Solution F1", which has been on the market for years, has been expanded to include the ability to control several extinguishing areas. A total of 9 assemblies can be connected to a central unit in the system. These can be, for example, 8 extinguishing control cards and one detector module or any other combination of detector modules and extinguishing control cards.
